Abstract:

As the study of anatomy and growth pattern of bilalteral cleft lip nasal defomity provide the necessary foreknowledge to guide the surgeons to change their traditional operative strategies, the technology has a great progress. Recently, the principle for single-stage repair of nasalabial deformity has been established and the techniques continue to develope. The symmetry of the soft and hard tissues of labial and coordination of the abnormal development is also very important to the effect after the operation. People need some digital parameters based on longtime follow-up to assess the results objectively.
