Abstract: Along with the comprehensive use of implant to restore the lost teeth by the dentists and patients, the implantology attracts more and more attention. Nowadays most scholars believe the primary stability after the implantment is the principle requirement of success. This is a review about studies in the measurements of the primary stability and its influence factors.
