摘要:
牙周病是口腔常见的慢性炎症性疾病。尽管口腔医生治疗牙周疾病的经验丰富,但长期服用抗血栓药物的患者通常全身情况复杂且个体差异大,在牙周基础治疗前的药物管理策略尚存在争议。在临床治疗中,患者可能自行更改药物方案,忽视了因停药而引起的血栓潜在风险。牙周基础治疗前,对服用抗血栓药物的患者进行风险评估,有助于降低患者出血和血栓风险。本文总结了该类患者牙周基础治疗期间药物方案和牙周治疗方案制定策略、药物使用注意事项及术中术后出血处理,以帮助医生合理制定个性化诊疗方案。
