微型种植体支抗在内收前牙正畸治疗中的临床应用

摘要:

目的 评价微螺钉种植体在正畸治疗中作为支抗内收前牙的有效性。方法 选择双颌前突和上颌前突的患者共19 例,应用上、下颌后牙区微螺钉种植体作为支抗内收前牙。在治疗前后拍摄头颅定位侧位片,以SN为基准重叠治疗前、后头影测量描记图,观察第一磨牙的位置改变。治疗结束后观察患者前牙覆覆盖关系和Ⅱ类磨牙关系的改变,以及面型凸度的改善程度。结果 19 例患者中16 例患者应用微螺钉种植体支抗顺利完成正畸治疗,均建立了正常的前牙覆覆盖关系,成功纠正了Ⅱ类磨牙关系,面型凸度明显改善,第一磨牙位置稳定。结论 国产微螺钉种植体支抗与传统的强支抗方式相比,确保磨牙支抗不丧失的能力更强,几乎达到绝对支抗的能力,可以实现理想的支抗控制。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of mini-screw implants as orthodontic anchorage for anterior teeth retraction in orthodontics treatment. Methods Nineteen patients with maxillary or bimaxillary protrusion were selected, and they were treated with mini-screw implants as anchorage for anterior teeth retraction. The sides of cephalometric roent- genogram were taken at the beginning and the end of the treatment. Taking SN as oriterion,overlap the pictures of cephalometrics were taken at the beginning and the end of the treatment, and the movements of the first molar were observed. Exchanges of the anterior overbite and overjet,Class Ⅱ molar relationship and the improvements of facial symmetry were observed after the treatment. Results Among the nineteen patients, sixteen successfully complished the orthodontics treatment. They all set up correct relationship of overbite and overjet and successfully rectified the Class Ⅱ molar relationship. Facial symmetry obviously improved and the first molar remained stable. Conclusion Compared with the traditional strong anchorage,the homemade mini-screw implant anchorage is stronger for the molar anchorage,with which the ideal anchorage contral could be achieved.
