摘要:
外伤易引起年轻恒牙发生牙髓坏死及根尖周炎,而导致牙根停止发育。此时的年轻恒牙因其开放的根尖孔、薄根管壁及短牙根等特点影响其在口腔内的存留和功能行使,牙髓再生治疗是能够促进年轻恒牙牙根继续发育的治疗方法,对根尖周病变的愈合、根尖孔的闭合、牙根的增长及根管壁的增厚,均有显著临床意义。尽管多数研究报道其有较高的成功率,但仍存在牙根持续性吸收和根尖周持续性炎症等失败可能。本文拟从外伤年轻恒牙的治疗过程、生物学依据、临床治疗效果及治疗失败病例分析等方面对外伤年轻恒牙行牙髓再生治疗进行系统综述,为临床医生提供理论依据。
