摘要:
根管治疗是解决牙髓根尖周病最为有效的手段,但临床上仍然存在因治疗失败或新发疾病需要再次治疗的病例。病情的复杂性、诊断的不确定性及技术设备的局限性给该类疾病的诊治带来了难题。本文从患牙自身情况及治疗风险效益的角度进行综合评估,提出相应的治疗决策,为临床医生选择再治疗方案提供参考。
