根尖周膜新附着的研究进展

Research progress on the new attachment of apical periodontal ligament

摘要: 根尖周病变表现为根尖周膜、牙骨质和牙槽骨的破坏,其理想的愈合方式是重建功能性的根尖周膜新附着,即获得根尖周膜、牙骨质和牙槽骨的再生。本文就根尖周膜新附着的形成方式、机制和影响因素作一综述。

关键词: 根尖周膜新附着, 根尖手术, 根管治疗

Abstract: Periapical diseases can induce apical periodontal ligament, cementum and alveolar bone destruction. The complete healing of periapical diseases includes the reestablishment of apical periodontal ligament and regeneration of cementum and alveolar bone. This review introduces the ways, mechanism and influence factors of new attachment of apical periodontal ligament after root canal therapy or apical surgery.
