Progress on effects of Notch signal pathway in tooth germ development and dental

Abstract: Notch signaling is a highly conserved mechanism throughout evolution. It controls cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis through interaction of cells, then determines the cell fate during multicellular development. In this review, the roles of Notch signaling involved in the tooth development and dental repair after injury were discussed.
