Abstract:

Gingival retraction technology is a method which can separate free gingival margin from teeth and exposure subgingival areas. The technology of gingival retraction is used on various aspects of oral treatments. Different gingival retraction technologies have different clinical effects. The purpose of this article is to illustrate the clinical applications of commonly used gingival retraction technologies for clinical reference.
