血小板衍化生长因子-BB 和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对人牙周膜细胞增殖的影响

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effects of recombinant human platelet-derived growth factor（rhPDGF）-BB and recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor（rh-bFGF） by combined usage on the proliferation of PDLC in vitro. Methods Periodontal ligament cell（PDLC） were cultured by tissue explant culture-combined enzyme digestion technique. Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium assay and flow cytometry were used to detect the effects of combined
usage of rhPDGF-BB and rh-bFGF on the proliferation and proliferation index（PrI） of PDLC. Results The optimal concentration was rhPDGF-BB（10 μg·L－1） adding rh-bFGF（10 μg·L－1） and the optimal day was the 3rd day. Conclusion The synergistic effect of PDGF-BB and bFGF can significantly promote the proliferation of human
PDLC.
