Abstract:

The article briefly notices the mechanisms of histone acetylation and deacetylation, and reviews the impact of histone acetylation on genes and proteins associated with different signal transduction pathways, the acetylation status of malignant tumors of head and neck and the inhibiting effect of histone deacetylase inhibitors on tumor cells of head and neck malignancy.
