Abstract: Cell death is a gene-controlled form of programmed death, is closely related with oral mucosa carcinogenesis. To study programmed cell death associated genes helps further investigate the relationship between cell programmed cell death regulation and oral mucosa lesion, understand the pathogenesis of oral cancer, and explore the prevention and treatment of the oral mucosa carcinogenesis. In this paper, research progress of cell programmed cell death regulatory genes related with the oral mucosa carcinogenesis will be summarized.
