Abstract: RNA interference(RNAi) has emerged as one of the most important discoveries of the last years in the field of molecular biology. It has become a powerful tool to research gene function, cell signaling, cell differentiation,
nosogenesis and gene therapy. This review provides a brief overview of the application of RNAi in the field of stomatology.
