Endodontic surgery and aesthetics

Abstract: When non- surgery retreatment failed, endodontic surgery is needed to resaved the tooth. While resolved the function of the tooth, endodontic surgery might produce some defects as well. Such as gingival recession, tissue defects, scar formation and so on. All these defects influence the aesthetics of patients, and how to improve them is now highlighted. This article will give an overview on soft tissue management in endodontic surgery.
