Abstract:

Composite tissue allotransplantation is an ideal treatment for reconstructing the serious damagely organization, but functions of the allograft after transplanted, such as the sense and the movement function, depend
on the regeneration and restoration of the nerve. This article summarized the regeneration mechanism, the animal experiment and the clinical neuranagenesis of the nerve in the composite tissue as well as the immunological treatment after transplantation.
