Application of Second Premolar s Extractions in Orthodontic Treatment

Abstract:

It is an effective way to extract four second premolars in the cases, which have slight crowding, slight bi- maxillary protrusion and ClassⅠmolar relationship. The article reviewed the proposal of the second premolar extraction, the development, the indication, and the rule of tooth movement and the change of the craniofacial tissue, and so on.
