Clinical observation of curative effect of Vitapex paste in the process of changing drugs for chronic infectious wound in face

Abstract:

Objective To relieve pain caused by gauze conglutinating to the wound, and to reduce rebleeding and shorten the healing time. Methods 53 outpatients were randomly divided into experimental group and the reference group. After finishing debridement and disinfection, change drugs with Vitapex paste for the wound of the experimental group until healed. After finishing debridement and disinfection, change drugs with conventional paste for the wound of the reference group until healed. Results The experimental group lost less time and got a better effect than the reference group. Conclusion Changing drugs for the infectious wound with Vitapex paste has more significant effect, such as wound healing quickly, and less pain when changing drugs for wound.
