Application of common cytotoxicity assay in the safety assessment of medicine app

Abstract: Medicine applied locally in oral cavity, in broad definition, consists of the application of drugs, materials and devices, and plays an important role in stomatology. Before clinical application, it is essential to assess the safety of the medicine. Cytotoxicity assay is one of the most commonly used screening techniques. The review represents in recent years on the application of cytotoxicity assay in the field of medicine applied locally in stomatology.
