摘要：

垫是治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的主要方法之一，其疗效显著且安全性高，在临床上应用广泛。不同类型垫的适应证与疗效均有不同，本文回顾与介绍了两种较为特殊的垫，即流体静力垫与NTI- tss垫的设计原理、治疗作用和适应证，并将这两种垫与临床上常用的几类传统垫进行比较。

Abstract:

Splint is one of useful therapy methods of temporomandibular joint disorcler（TMD）. Because of its effective and reversible characteristic, it is wildly used on clinical therapy of TMD. Every kind of splint has its own indication and characteristic. This article talked about characteristics, effectiveness and indications of the two special kinds of splints, and compared with some traditional splints.
