摘要：

少汗型外胚层发育不良症是一类相对常见的遗传性综合性疾病，先天性牙缺失是此类疾病的主要口腔表现。少汗型外胚层发育不良症患者通常就诊年龄较小，颌骨发育尚未完全，且常伴有牙槽突发育不良，故其义齿修复具有特殊性，对其进行“序列治疗”的观点也应运而生。本文就少汗型外胚层发育不良症的临床特点以及义齿修复作一综述。

Abstract:

Hypohydrotic ectodermal dysplasia is a common group of hereditary diseases, with congenital tooth loss as the predominant oral symptom. The prosthodontics of hypohydrotic ectodermal dysplasia is special because most
of the affected patients are pre- adolescents, whose jaw bones and alveolar process are lack of development. A sequence treatment option is applied in the treatment procedure. This review included the clinical features and
prosthodontics of hypohydrotic ectodermal dysplasia, depending on large numbers of relavant literatures.
