摘要:
双侧下颌支矢状骨劈开(BSSRO)术是目前治疗下颌骨畸形最经典的手术方式,随着研究的不断深入,关于术中的操作技巧以及术后并发症的降低等方面,与之前相比发生了显著的变化,但同时学者们也开始关注BSSRO术后近心骨段的位移变化,这种改变不仅可能与术后复发及颞下颌关节症状的产生有关,同时对患者术后的面型也有影响,因此本文将就BSSRO术对髁突及下颌角区位移变化的影响进行综述。
