Abbe瓣制备、转移与固位的流程规范和技术要点

摘要： 为了提高Abbe瓣的临床使用率和成功率,笔者结合对Abbe瓣蒂的解剖学测量及国外学者的经验,提出了在Abbe瓣蒂对侧下唇黏膜建立窗口法的流程,以精确定位下唇动脉的解剖状况,同时保留瓣蒂侧下唇黏膜的Abbe瓣蒂制备方法。这样既可以提高Abbe瓣转移修复上唇的灵活性,又能有效保证Abbe瓣的成活率,达到安全与上下唇唇红形态俱佳的目的。

Abstract: In order to facilitate the utilization and success rate of Abbe flap, the author initiated a pedicle design procedure with a “window method” at lower lip mucosa on the contralateral side of the pedicle, which aimed at precisely locating the anatomical position of inferior labial artery as well as preserving the mucosa on pedicle side. In this way, the flexibility of Abbe flap could be improved, meanwhile, the survival rate could be secured. Thus, both the safety of Abbe flap technique and the match of upper and lower vermilion could be achieved.
