摘要:
在上颌前牙区唇侧骨板血供主要来自牙周膜及牙龈。当该位置牙缺失后,因为牙周膜来源的血供丧失,唇侧骨板常发生不同程度的吸收,从而造成唇侧软硬组织的塌陷,为最终的美学修复带来极大挑战。为了避免牙缺失后唇侧软硬组织的缺损,口腔医生以及研究人员提出了多种解决方案。其中,Hürzeler团队在2010年提出的“盾构术”(socket shield technique)的方式取得了较好的临床效果。本文报告笔者应用该技术对1例前牙外伤患者进行治疗,成功保留了患者软硬组织三维轮廓的完整性,实现了较好的美学效果。
