牙槽突裂植骨与颌骨生长发育的关系

Relationship between alveolar cleft bone grafting and facial skeletal growth

摘要:

牙槽突裂植骨是唇腭裂患者序列治疗的重要组成部分。学者们在植骨时机的选择上存在分歧, 主要分为一期植骨和二期植骨, 原因在于不同时期植骨对颌骨生长发育的影响不同。本文分别从这两个植骨时机上阐述了其植骨来源以及植骨与颌骨生长发育的关系。

Abstract:

Bone grafting of alveolar cleft is an essential step in the sequential management of patients with clefts of lip, alveolus and palate. There is little agreement on the optimal time, which includes primary bone grafting and secondary bone grafting. This is caused by the effects of alveolar bone grafting in different times on facial skeletal growth. This article described the sources of bone graft as well as the relationship between bone grafting and facial skeletal growth from the two bone graft timing.
