Abstract: The relationship between chronic oral inflammatory diseases and cardiovascular diseases is increasingly concerned. The evidences from the studies of epidemiology, molecular biology and animal experiment manifests that
chronic oral inflammatory diseases is one of the risk factor of cardiovascular diseases. This review will briefly summarize the relation between chronic oral inflammatory diseases and cardiovascular diseases, from periodontitis,
dental caries and dental pulp diseases.
