Abstract: It is a main method in study of the differentiate mechanism of dental pulp stem cells and looking for the markers for odontoblast differentiation that induces dental pulp stem cells differentiate to odontoblast and survey odontoblast differentiation in vitro. The members of small integrin-binding ligand N-linked glycoproteins family play an important role in the differentiation and mineralization of odontoblast. This is a review of the research progress in small integrin-binding ligand N-linked glycoproteins family as dental pulp stem cells differentiate, including dentin matrix protein-1, dentin sialophosphoprotein, matrix extracellular phosphoglycoprotein.
