There is no significant difference in sex incidence and age incidence of salivary gland malignant tumor. The salivary gland malignant tumor which mostly originates from salivary gland epithelial tissue may occur in large salivary glands such as parotid gland, submaxillary gland, sublingual gland and minor salivary glands like palate gland and so on. These tumors have features of complicated tissue typing and cell component. With some research progress in treatment of salivary gland malignant tumor in recent years, the treatment which becomes the focus on surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and biotherapy and so on, is reviewed here.
