Abstract: Titanium and its alloys are used more and more widely in the field of dental clinic. But the corrosion of titanium and its alloys in the oral environment is still a concern that has to be solved. The corrosion behaviors are closely related to the change of oral bioenvironment and mastication. This article presents a research statue of corrosion of titanium and its alloys in the oral bioenviroment where the value of pH, fluoride, protein and the temperature change a lot, thus gives us a reference to improve the corrosion resistance of titanium and itsalloys.
