Abstract: Objective To compare the light - cured resin composites and the Beijing- Tianjin enamel adhesive bonding MBT brackets clinical results. Methods Dentition integrity of the 20 cases of non- extraction fixed orthodontic appliance cases, a total of 400 teeth, two were for the same bonding agent in patients with left maxillary and right mandibular area and right maxillary and left mandibular, were compared abnormal shedding during treatment MBT brackets situation. Results The use of light- cured resin composites and the Beijing- Tianjin enamel adhesive bonding MBT brackets by the rate of shedding had no statistical difference. Conclusion Light- cured composite resin bonding agent with the Beijing- Tianjin enamel bonding strength basically the same, but with light- cured resin composite clinical simple operation, MBT brackets bonding advantages of higher accuracy rate, it is the wider usage.
