Abstract:

The orthodontic treatments are based on knowing the influences of orthodontic forces on patients and using biomechanic principle correctly. Close attention has been paid to the influences of orthodontic forces on dental pulp and periodontal tissues by dentists. Owing to the special characteristics of dissection and physiology, the dental pulp has been the key to the orthodontic treatments. This review describes the influence of orthodontic forces on dental pulp.
