Abstract: Supernumerary tooth often appears between the upper central incisors in permanent tooth, but they occur infrequency in both maxillary and mandible bone. Now, there is a case report of multiple and ambushed supernumerary teeth. Through the clinical examination and X-ray panoramic film examination, we hope that it will offer clinic proof for discussing the etiological cause of this disease.
