Abstract: Objective To report the clinical experience of applying endoscopic technique on maxillofacial benign tumour. Methods 23 patients with maxillofacial benign tumour were chosen. They were treated with endoscopic technique whose entrance was all within hairline or behind auricular lobule. The operation effect was observed. Results The operation were all successful. There was no patient showed wound infection, ecchymoma, aerocele and recurrence after operation. 100% patients were satisfied with the operation effect. Conclusion Endoscopic
technique can successfully applied on maxillofacial benign tumour.
