摘要:
自体结缔组织移植术为基础的根面覆盖手术,因其较好的可预测性和稳定性,目前被认为是治疗牙龈退缩最有效的手术方法。结缔组织移植术是指切取供区部位游离的结缔组织移植至受体区,其中上腭部是最常用的供区部位,然而个体间上腭咀嚼黏膜的厚度是存在差异的,并且临床运用不同所需要的游离移植物厚度不同、相应的在腭侧获取游离移植物的手术方法也不同。本文就结缔组织移植术适应证及临床运用时移植物厚度的选择、腭侧咀嚼黏膜的测量、腭侧获取移植物的部位、获取移植物的手术方法及其注意事项和操作要点等作一综述。
