摘要: 聚酸改性复合树脂(复合体)是较新的一种牙色修复材料,其组分中不含水,固化方式包括光固化和化学固化两种。复合体具有一定的吸水性和释放氟能力,会影响其机械性能以及在临床中的应用。本文就复合体的组成、吸水性、机械性能、释氟性及临床应用等方面作一综述。

Abstract: Among the tooth- coloured restorative materials now available to the dental profession, the latest are the polyacid- modified composite resins(compomers), which contain no water and cure photochemically. Studies onthe composition characteristics, water uptake influencing the mechanical properties and fluoride release were reviewed, and also its clinical applications were described on this paper.
