摘要:
本文报道了1例因外伤导致上前牙复杂冠折的病例。治疗过程中,首先对患牙行牙髓切断、断冠粘接术,实现了患牙牙髓活力、牙体形态的保存;其次配合数字化技术制作贴面、椅旁外染色技术,增加患牙的固位力及恢复美观;最终实现患牙牙体、牙髓的保存,最大程度恢复了患牙初始形态、颜色、咬合、邻接关系等特征。随访2年多以来,临床效果稳定。
