摘要:
单侧微小型唇裂尽管畸形程度较轻,但仍有可能涉及鼻唇皮肤、肌肉、黏膜及软骨等多组织类型异常。目前,微小型唇裂整复尚无标准化治疗方案,针对同一畸形特征的手术技术选择较多,术者在手术设计时常常存在较大的随意性和自由度。临床个体化治疗绝不等同于随意的手术技术组合,必须发展出规范化的设计思路。达到这一目标的前提是全面理解不同手术操作的技术特点。本文在全面梳理单侧微小型唇裂整复手术入路、肌肉重建、鼻畸形整复等关键操作的技术选择基础上,针对规范化制定个体化治疗方案提出建议。
