Progress in the research on stress corrosion cracking of dental casting alloys

Abstract: Dental casting alloys have been widely used in oral prosthetics. Electrochemical corrosion would happen when metal prosthesis has functions in oral cavity. One of the most destructive corrosion forms is stress corrosion cracking. This article addressed the research on the stress corrosion cracking of the dental casting alloys.
