Abstract:

Takahashi and Yamanaka got induced pluripotent stem cells through the instantaneous high expression exogenous transcription factor, and the cells have much potential traits and indicate a new stem cell research way. The development and the latest progress of induced pluripotent stem cells are reviewed in this paper.
