Effects of the Stress on the Condylar Chondrocytes of Temporomandibular Joint

Abstract: The condyle is the important growth area of the temporomandibular joint. Its growth and reconstructing is very pertinent to condylar chondrocytes as the second cartilage. Recently, it gradually receives the researchers′concern
that the stress takes effect on the growth,development, injuryand reconstructing of the condylar chondrocytes. Therefore, the author summarizes the effects of the stress on the condylar chondrocytes according to the characteristic of the biological stress.
