Abstract: The object of tissue engineering is to repair the impaired tissue and organs by making use of the principles of life science and engineering, which brings a new hope for the patients. However, there are still some problems which limit the development and application of tissue engineering. Among them, rejecting reaction of the host anti- grafts is a serious problem and it must be resolved before the clinical application of tissue engineering. In this review the immune problem in the tissue engineering was summarized.
