Abstract: According to the proteomics, post-translational modification of proteins by small ubiquitin like modifier(SUMO) have many and variable consequences and have a key role in regulating and expanding the diversity of function in the proteome. A family member of SUMO, SUMO-1 participated most of the post-translational modification of proteins related to cleft lip and palate.
