Abstract: The interaction of CD40/CD40L can promote the production of many proinflammatory cytokine and chemokine, such as interleukin(IL)-8 and monocyte chemotactic protein(MCP)-1, which can cause the accumulation
of inflammatory cells to the sites, in order to regulate the generation and development of inflammation. This article is a review about the correlation between CD40/CD40L and IL-8, MCP-1 and regulate factors in which
CD40/CD40L induce IL-8, MCP-1.
