Abstract: Osteoarthrosis（OA） is harmful to health and daily life, but its features varied among different joints. The etiopathogenisis and pathomechanism of OA is still unclear. In recent there have been many reports on the chondrocyte apoptosis of osteoarthrosis in different joints. In the present review the recent study on the features of chondrocyte apoptosis, the associated signal transduction pathway and influential factor in OA are provided.
