Abstract: Nitrous oxide/oxygen inhalation sedation, with the features of anxiolysis, analgesia, amnesia, as well as rapid onset and recovery, remains the preferred technique for the management of anxious pediatric dental patients. The review is on the clinical application of nitrous oxide/oxygen inhalation sedation in pediatric dentistry.
