Abstract:

MicroRNAs are a series of short non- coding RNAs that can regulate the expressions of protein- coding genes posttranscriptionally. Their functions are related to many biology progresses and diseases including tumor. The review tries to do a short introduction of the research progresses on the regulation mechanism of microRNAs.
