摘要： 药物性牙龈增生（DGO）是临床常见性牙周疾病。硝苯地平（NIF）为第1 代钙离子拮抗剂，其副作用可引发DGO。在NIF 介导的DGO 中，与程序性细胞死亡相关的调节基因B 细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2 基因和c-myc 以及转录因子叉头框蛋白在抑制细胞程序性死亡的过程中起重要作用。成纤维细胞表面所表达的补体受体具有异质性，与DGO 的发生密切相关。炎症因子和黏附分子对DGO 的作用也不可忽视。下文就近年来NIF 介导DGO 的国内外相关研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Drug-induced gingival hyperplasia is a common periodontal disease in the clinic. Nifedipine is the first generation of the calcium channel blockers. Drug-induced gingival hyperplasia is one side effect of the Nifedipine. In the Nifedipine induced gingival hyperplasia, apoptosis-related regulator gene B cell Iymphoma/leukmia（bcl）-2, c-myc, and transcription factor forkhead box（Fox） all play important roles in the process of inhibiting cell apoptosis. The heterogeneity of fibroblast expressed complement receptors is related to the mechanism of the drug-induced gingival hyperplasia. The role of inflammatory cytokines and adhesion molecules in drug-induced gingival hyperplasia should not be overlooked. This article wil1 review the latest researches on the nifedipine induced gingival hyperplasia.
