Abstract: Objective To compare the AH Plus paste and gutta, CCQ iodoform paste and gutta after root cana filling response and efficacy. Methods 300 teeth were randomly divided into groups and AH Plus paste CCQ iodoform paste group. Two expert conventional root canal therapy on the basis of paste were used AH Plus and gutta and CCQ iodoform paste and gutta root canal filling. Postoperative pain occurred within one week after march, as well as the efficacy. Results AH Plus paste group the incidence of postoperative pain than low CCQ iodoform paste group, there were significant differences（P＜0.05） after three months AH Plus paste group of higher CCQ iodoform paste group, but there was significant difference（P＜0.05）. Conclusion AH Plus paste and gutta root canal filling can be effective in reducing postoperative pain response, and CCQ iodoform paste and gutta comparison, the long-term effect there was significant difference.
