中性区技术在全口义齿修复中的研究进展

摘要：

下颌牙槽嵴严重吸收的牙列缺失患者,全口义齿固位稳定性差,易脱落。中性区技术可以指导人工牙的排列和义齿基托抛光面的处理,以确保全口义齿获得最佳的固位与稳定性、面部丰满度以及美观性,患者满意度高。中性区技术虽然不是新技术,但在临床上的应用并不广泛,多数医生对此技术并不了解。本文通过对中性区的特点、中性区的意义以及中性区技术所使用的材料、方法和临床应用等方面进行综述,以期为中性区技术在全口义齿修复中的应用提供指导。

Abstract:

Loose and unstable lower complete denture is a common problem faced by edentulous patients with severely resorbed mandibular ridges. Neutral zone technology serves as a guide of where to set teeth and how to contour the polished surface of the denture to ensure optimal stability, retention, facial support, and esthetics with complete denture, and patients are satisfied with the technology. This technique is not new but is not widely practiced due to lack of experience of dentists. This review summarizes the characteristics and importance of neutral zone technology, the materials and techniques for recording the neutral zone, and some related topics. This research will aid in the clinical application of neutral zone technique.
