Application of 3D printing in oral and maxillofacial surgery education

Abstract: 3D printing technique, a rapid prototyping technique, which is developing fast, has already been used in oral and maxillofacial clinical surgery. At the same time, 3D printing model is playing a more and more important role in the education field. This review focuses on the application of 3D printing to oral and maxillofacial surgery education.
