口腔仪器比色技术的研究进展

摘要： 对于口腔临床医生而言，比色是一个比较复杂且较难解决的问题。视觉比色往往受到如光源、背景、年龄、性别和经验等诸多主、客观因素的影响，其比色的准确性和精确性有限。比色仪器有很多种类，最常见的有色度计、分光光度计、色光三原色（RGB）系统或它们的组合，其使用原理各不相同。由于仪器比色技术不受外界因素的影响，在临床上得到越来越广泛的运用，但其本身也存在一定的缺陷。本文就仪器比色技术的发展和现状作一综述。

Abstract: Matching the color of mature dentition may be one of the difficult challenges which dentist faces in practice. Visual color matching is difficult to reproduce and is highly subjective due to variables that affect shade matching including light condition, background, age, sex, and experience, et al. The common color matching devices are colorimeters, spectrophotometers, red green blue（RGB） system or combination above which have different principles. Instrumental color matching technology has been applied to help dentist create lifelike restorations, since they are not influenced by significant parameters in visual selection. But these devices also have shortages. In this article, the development and current situation of instrumental color matching technology are reviewed.
